The canned mackerel is simply packed with only mackerel and salt, and contains no preservatives

Recipes using Kinka Saba "Irodori"
Canned Kinka mackerel "Irodori" is good to eat as is, but it is also delicious with a little preparation, so we recommend it
This time, we will introduce an easy recipe using canned lemons and canned boiled lemons
Canned Mackerel Lemon Somen

Canned lemons go perfectly with noodles. So, I tried adding some condiments and canned lemons to the dipping sauce for somen noodles. The ingredients are as follows:
・Somen noodles...as much as you like
・Kinka mackerel and lemon...1 can
・Mentsuyu soup...appropriate amount
・White sesame seeds...1 pinch
・Chopped seaweed...as much as you like
Not only does the lemon flavor make it refreshing, but it also brings out the umami of the mackerel, instantly elevating the flavor. The juice left in the can is especially packed with aroma and flavor, so we recommend adding it to the dipping sauce
This time I tried it with cold somen noodles, but I think it would also go well with hot udon noodles or dipping sauce
Canned mackerel rice

I used canned boiled carrots to make rice dishes. It's easy because all you have to do is shred the carrots and ginger and cook them in a rice cooker with rice and seasonings
The ingredients are as follows
・2 cups of rice,
1 can of boiled Kinka mackerel,
1/2 carrot, 1/2
bunch of shimeji mushrooms
, 1 piece of ginger,
2 tablespoons of white dashi
, 2 teaspoons of
soy sauce, 2 teaspoons of sake
The canned mackerel itself has no fishy smell, and the flavor and texture blend perfectly with the rice, making for an excellent dish. You can also add seaweed, fried tofu, burdock root, etc. to your liking
It's a little bit of work, so it's recommended to make a batch of rice in one go and freeze it
