[Fukushima] Super delicious Fukushima peaches! ~Rare processed peach products selection 4~

Fukushima Prefecture is known as the kingdom of fruits, and the most famous of these is of course peaches!
Starting with the signature variety "Akatsuki," all of the peaches are incredibly delicious.
So, we'd like to introduce some of Fukushima's peach products, some of which are a little unusual, that you should definitely try.

It looks like a plum, but the flavor is definitely peach! [Young Peach Candied in Syrup]

First up is "Pichi Pichi Peach," a sweet and sour dish made from young peaches from Fukushima Prefecture
The package states, "Young peaches contain more than 5mg of peach-derived ceramide per 100g bag." Okay. I'm going to eat some young peaches and get rejuvenated!
I opened it with a sigh of relief, and it was small and round, like a green plum. This one is really young..
I popped one into my mouth and was greeted by the unique aroma and flavor of peach, which had a seedless, firm texture and a pleasant crunch!
Even though it's soaked in syrup, it's just the right amount of sweet, and you'll probably get addicted to it

Something different from your typical peach cider. Golden Peach Cider for adults

When it comes to delicious drinks made with peaches, the first thing that comes to mind is thick, rich peach juice. But when you think of peach cider, doesn't it have a somewhat kitschy image?
In fact, when poured into a glass, this "Golden Peach Cider" has the color of peach juice and is weakly carbonated. It looks a bit unreliable, but one sip will surprise you
The mellow sweetness and mango-like aroma of golden peaches really come through. It's supposed to be 20% juice, but it's well made. It might even look good in a Baccarat glass. This

Beautiful noodles that can be used in udon, pasta, or even as a dessert [Momomen]

The noodles are simply beautiful. If you look closely, you can see dark grains mixed in here and there, which are apparently the color of peach skin. The noodles are made primarily from rice and home-grown dried peaches are kneaded into them, giving them a subtle peach flavor

The firmness and smooth texture of rice noodles make them great for zaru udon (cold udon) or as a substitute for pasta. A cold pasta dish with fresh peaches is also delicious. We also recommend trying them with honey or cream for a sweet taste
It does not contain wheat, so it can be eaten by people with wheat allergies

This is the real deal! Peach ice cream. New for 2017: [Presentation Peach Sorbet]

"Presented Peach Sorbet" debuted in May this year in Kuwagori Town, the home of peaches
There are a lot of claims about it, such as it containing 75% peach juice and the peach being "Akatsuki," which is presented to the Imperial family, but you only need to try it to understand how amazing it is

Its plain white appearance may disappoint, but once it melts on your tongue, the concentrated peach flavor fills your mouth..
This sorbet is made from peaches and is so good it surpasses anything you'd think it could. It's definitely worth a try!

The peach products introduced above can be purchased from their respective manufacturers, as well as at the Fukushima Prefectural Tourism and Products Center (Fukushima), Nihonbashi Fukushimakan (Tokyo), Fukushima Prefectural Yaesu Tourism Exchange Center (Tokyo), and some can also be purchased from shops on Amazon and Rakuten
