The store was newly built in 2022, so you might mistake it for a new store, but it is actually a historic store

There are two parking lots, one in front of the store and one across the street, but as it is a popular restaurant, they fill up quickly at lunchtime

I've been there twice, the first time around 2pm, when I parked my car in the parking lot in front of the store and was able to enter without any problems... but the second time, when I went at 11am when the store opened, there was already a huge line before opening time. The first parking lot in front of the store was full, so I was able to just barely find a spot in the second parking lot across the street

If you go at lunchtime, be prepared to wait in line. By the way, on my second visit, I had to wait in line for about 40 minutes before I could finally get in

A popular restaurant with delicious, filling meals and great value for money

Basically, all of them are recommended, but "Ichian Soba," ! The ita soba comes with a cold meat soba sauce.

This price for this volume in this day and age. I'm very satisfied with the price. And it's delicious

the chilled meat soba on my first visit . Perhaps because it was chilled, the meat was firm and satisfying to eat. The soba noodles were thick and had a texture that broke apart in the mouth, which I personally really like. The soup was also delicious!

The mini sauce cutlet bowl has a slightly unexpected flavor, reminiscent of curry.

On my second visit, Nikko Ita Soba . It seems like it's quite rare to find a restaurant that serves Chinese noodles in this style. It's fun to alternate between the noodles and the soba. The tempura that came with the set was also crispy and delicious.

I came here hungry so I ended up ordering a large portion, but the regular portion was so big I think it would have been fine

I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to enjoy their fill of Yamagata soba!
