Enjoy a meal at Heartland

Heartland features farm-grown dairy products and dishes made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

At the food corner on the 1st floor of the handicraft experience center, you can enjoy soft serve ice cream made with Zao Sanroku milk, mork made with cheese whey, dairy products such as milk, sausages, bacon, and more.

The product I was interested in was MOLK .
to be a refreshing drink with a refreshing aftertaste from the whey that comes out when making cheese . Whey contains so many nutrients that it is called an IV drip, and recently its nutritional value and beauty effects have been attracting attention. I would love to drink it when I visit Zao!

Our direct store offers a wide selection of Zao cheese and local specialty products, so you can find souvenirs. All of the specialty products grown in Zao's majestic lands are all attractive, such as fresh butter made with raw milk from the foot of Zao Mountain and bacon and sausages from JAPANX, a pork from Zao Town.
