COFFEE STOUT

Drinking beer while eating sweets?! The COFFEE STOUT looks so delicious!

A limited-edition beer that pairs perfectly with sweets has been released.
The much-talked-about dark beer, "COFFEE STOUT," is a new kind of beer brewed using coffee beans, as its name suggests. COFFEE STOUT is
a collaboration between "New Airy" and "THE MOST COFFEE," sister stores of Sendai's long-established coffee brand "Hoshiyama Coffee," and "Amber Rond," a beer bar in Kokubuncho, Aoba Ward.
What kind of beer is it exactly?

What is the long-established coffee brand "Hoshiyama Coffee"?

The coffee for COFFEE STOUT is handled by Hoshiyama Coffee, a long-established brand founded in 1974 in Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture, with over 30 years of history.
Currently, as Hoshiyama International, they operate six stores, including New Airy, which spearheaded the pancake boom in Sendai, and THE MOST COFFEE, a specialty coffee store that was a pioneer of gourmet burgers in Sendai, continuing to provide delicious coffee to locals.

Hoshiyama Coffee, the company that created the Hoshiyama brand, offers refined coffee and a special space where time flows smoothly.
Based on the desire to "cherish the time spent savoring coffee," the calm atmosphere filled with the aroma of coffee has been created, making it a shop where you can truly enjoy coffee away from the hustle and bustle of modern society.

It's amazing that the Hoshiyama brand, which has such a deep love for coffee, is collaborating on beer brewing.
I wonder how the aroma of their home-roasted coffee will be incorporated into the beer!

What is the appeal of "COFFEE STOUT"?

COFFEE STOUT

The main appeal of COFFEE STOUT is that it's a beer that can be enjoyed with sweets.
The rich aroma of coffee, the elegant and fruity acidity, the moderate body, and the lingering bitterness are all complemented by the unique flavor of stout.
And then there's the smooth, refreshing finish that comes from the carbonation.
The characteristics of the beer and coffee enhance each other, resulting in a perfectly balanced drink.

If you're going to enjoy COFFEE STOUT, why not try it with a sweet treat?
It's a given that beer goes well with meals like burgers, but by adding the flavor of coffee, a completely new concept of beer has been created that pairs well with sweets.

I highly recommend COFFEE STOUT, especially for those who don't like beer or those who love coffee.
It's visually chic and stylish, so it would look great on Instagram!
If you want to add a touch of sophistication to your social media posts, why not give it a try?
