The history of Taiyo Pan dates back to 1948

Taiyo Pan was founded in 1948 under the name Okitama Rice Processing Co., Ltd. As a local bakery, they not only sold bread to the general public, but also provided bread for school lunches from 1965. It 's a bread that Yamagata residents have eaten without even realizing it.
