Toho Bank's founding date (Fukushima Prefecture)

Toho Bank , Fukushima Prefecture's largest regional bank, headquartered in Fukushima City, November 4, 1941 (Showa 16) through the merger of three banks: Koriyama Commercial Bank, Aizu Bank, and Shirakawa Seya Bank.

In 1942, the year after the merger, it absorbed Miharu Bank, Inawashiro Bank, and Iwase Kogyo Bank, and in 1943 it absorbed Yabuki Bank, Tamura Jitsugyo Bank, and Bando Bank, and in 1944 it absorbed Fukushima Savings Bank, becoming the largest financial institution in Fukushima Prefecture
