When I heard that this much-talked-about mocktail had finally arrived in Tohoku for the first time, I immediately went to the rumored shop!

LiFE is located on Nanokamachi Street, the largest downtown area in Yamagata City.
It's about a 17-minute walk from JR Yamagata Station, or if you're using public transportation, take the Yamagata City Loop Bus "Benichan Bus" Nishi Kururin Kamimachi Preparatory Course and walk 1 minute from "Honmachi" stop.

The shop is located on the second floor of the building "Arches Senzoku-ya" next to Yamonjiya.

Before I entered the store, I had imagined it to be a dimly lit bar-like place, but the inside had a surprisingly natural cafe-like atmosphere.

Order the most popular “Bunshokan Fizz”

This time I ordered "Bunshokan Fizz" which can be said to be the face of the restaurant.
This drink comes from Bunshokan, one of the most popular tourist spots in Yamagata City, and is highly recommended by bartenders.

The moment I put it in my mouth, the gorgeous and rich flavor spread out all at once, and I was amazed!

The secret to the elegant fragrance worthy of the Bunshokan name is edible roses from Yamagata Prefecture.
The rosemary gently placed on top of the ice adds a refreshing touch.

This cocktail uses raspberries from Yamagata Prefecture, and has a sweet and sour flavor.

The counter seats are covered in glass and have a good view.

The view during the day is wonderful, but at night you'll want to spend some time leisurely admiring the lights. It's also perfect for a date.
