The Hashino Iron Mine, a World Heritage Site in Kamaishi City, Iwate Prefecture, is a structure that symbolizes Japan's Meiji era industrial revolution.

The Hashino Iron Mine and Hashino Blast Furnace Ruins are located in Hashino Town, Kamaishi City, Iwate Prefecture. They were designated a national historic site in 1957 and are listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site as part of the "Sites of Japan's Meiji Industrial Revolution: Iron and Steel Manufacturing, etc.".
