[Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture] First in Tohoku! Go to the Jump Shop in Sendai, the holy land of Jump manga!

A man must never lose his boy's heart.
He wants to continue chasing his dreams no matter how old he gets.

If there's anything that symbolizes the heart of a boy, it's boy manga!
No matter how old you are, the sight of these ordinary characters growing through their adventures will make your blood boil.
The official shop of Shonen Jump, the magazine that has been leading the boy's manga scene for a long time, will be opening in Tohoku for the first time on June 29, 2018!

This time, we will introduce the Jump Shop that was born in Sendai PARCO!

What is Jump Shop?

Jump Shop is a dream shop that sells Jump Heroes' goods, comics, DVDs, and even sweets!
There is a wide variety of products on display, from Shueisha originals to anime goods, so just looking at them will stimulate a young boy's heart!
Jump Shop exclusive products are appearing one after another, so one of the attractions is that you'll always find something new no matter how many times you visit.

As of July 2018, there are 11 stores nationwide!
This is a valuable shop that only exists in Sendai in northern Japan!
In fact, Sendai is also a sacred place for JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Haikyuu, and recently Jujutsu Kaisen.
Unfortunately, Jujutsu Kaisen left Sendai after the third episode, but since it is a place closely related to Jump, it may have been the first location to open a store in northern Japan.
Please stop by not only in the Tohoku region but also in Hokkaido!

What kind of place is the Jump Shop in Sendai?

luffy

When you visit the Jump Shop on the 8th floor of the PARCO main building, the first thing you'll see is the character that symbolizes Jump!
I'm Monkey D. Luffy, the main character of the irresistible signboard manga "ONE PIECE"!
The object is almost life-sized, so it's quite impressive!
You will be overwhelmed by the power of your eyes!
As expected from the future Pirate King!

Objects modeled after magazines are also displayed around Luffy!
In the double-page spread, you can enjoy a projection mapping collection of cool scenes from popular manga!
What I captured on camera this time is the famous scene from ``My Hero Academia'', ``Izuku Midoriya VS Katsumi Bakugo.''
A huge jump spread is more exciting than seeing it in a magazine!
I felt my blood boiling for the first time in a while!

After passing through the exhibition zone, you will finally reach the shopping zone.
There are so many popular manga goods lined up that it's hard to decide which one to buy!
It's great that they sell not only manga currently being serialized, but also merchandise from legendary manga!

There is also a corner for ``JoJo's Bizarre Adventure'', which used to be serialized in Jump and has now been transferred to Ultra Jump, so if you come to Sendai = Morio-cho, S City, M Prefecture, you should try buying JoJo goods as souvenirs. Might be good too!

There's also a Pokemon center on the same floor!

The only official shop in Tohoku, located on the 8th floor of PARCO's main building, is not only Jump Shop.
Surprisingly, Pokemon Center Tohoku is also exhibiting on the same floor!

The Pokemon Center used to be on the 3rd floor of the shopping building AER next door, but it has been renovated since moving to PARCO!
You can purchase cute Pokemon goods in the large store!
They also sell goods limited to Tohoku, so these would also be great souvenirs!

summary

PARCO○ floor is lined with official shops that have arrived in Tohoku for the first time.
Jump and Pokemon merchandise are so popular that you may have trouble choosing souvenirs!
In such a case, why not take the plunge and purchase from both!

Jump Shop and Pokemon Center are fun for everyone, including children and parents who were once children.
When you come to Sendai, please stop by at least once!
