Every year on June 2nd , Kamikita Agricultural Processing Co., Ltd., the company that manufactures and sells "Stamina Gen Tare," a sauce that originated in Aomori Prefecture and has a strong following both within and outside the prefecture, celebrates its founding anniversary .

The company was established on June 2, 1951 (Showa 26) as Fujisaka Sheep Farming Cooperative, and changed its name to Kamikita Agricultural Processing Cooperative in July 1951 (Showa 28)

"Stamina Gen Tare" was launched in April 1965 (Showa 40)

On June 1, 2017 (Heisei 29), the organization changed its structure from an agricultural cooperative to a limited company (Kamikita Agricultural Processing Co., Ltd.), and it remains so to this day
