The Sanriku International Arts Festival established in 2014 with the aim of realizing sustainable "creative reconstruction"
This year marks the 10th anniversary of the event, and "Otozure ." Events bringing together local performing arts from the Sanriku region will be held in both Aomori and Iwate prefectures.
