Hatsusaburo Yoshida a bird's-eye view artist who was active from the Taisho to Showa periods, was born on March 4, 1884, in Kyoto Prefecture.

In 1932, the Tanesashi Coast in Hachinohe City, Aomori Prefecture , and was so impressed that he established his studio and villa, "Chōkansō," and moved there with his family and apprentices.
