Sendai Watari Bicycle Path Course

The Sendai Watari Bicycle Path is an approximately 43km bicycle and pedestrian-only road that was resurfaced and opened in 2019, connecting Iwakiri in Miyagino Ward, Sendai City, to Watari. There is a flat course along the coast, and on sunny days you can run under the blue sky while feeling the sea breeze.

The Prefectural Forest is a forest that spans Sendai City, Tomiya City, and Rifu Town. The maximum elevation is approximately 140m, and there are long slopes with slopes of 4-5% and steep slopes of nearly 10%, making it a cycling course with ups and downs.
