Introducing “Yu YOU Park” in Iwate Prefecture in detail!

This is a car overnight park exclusively for Kuruma Travel Club members, where you can stay in your car and bathe in the inn's hot springs while staying in the parking lots of 110 hot spring inns and hotels across the country.

Some lodging options include meals, so you can enjoy a hot spring inn for a cheaper price than staying at a regular stay.

There are 10 inns registered in the six prefectures of Tohoku, and Iwate Prefecture has the following three hot spring YOU Parks.

Hanamaki Onsen

At Hanamaki Onsen, known as a representative hot spring resort in Iwate Prefecture, a hot spring YOU park with space for 5 sightseeing buses has been set up in the large parking lot for tour buses.

Of the four inns in the Hanamaki Onsen hotel chain, you Hotel Senshuukaku, which is the closest to the car parking area (no electricity).

Please note that you can use the restroom inside Senshukaku from 6:00 to 10:00 p.m., but at other times you can use the outdoor restroom near the parking lot.

Check-in begins at 12:00 noon, and you must obtain a parking permit at the hotel front desk, then check out and return it by 10:00 the next day.

This hot spring inn is located in the Satoyama area of ​​Hiraizumi near Chusonji Temple and is famous for its handmade soba noodles.Reservations for overnight stays in the car can be made until 12:00 noon three days in advance, and reservations for dinner and breakfast can be made until 12:00 the day before.

Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and check-out is possible anytime between 10:00 AM the next day.
