Who is Sanpei the Fisherman?

Yokote Masuda Manga Museum , located in Masuda-cho, Yokote City, Akita Prefecture, is the first museum in Japan to be established with the theme of "original manga drawings." Itcurrentlyhouses over 450,000 original manga drawings, making it the largest collection in Japan.
In addition to works by artists from Akita, the museum also exhibits works by famous artists such as Osamu Tezuka, Shigeru Mizuki, Monkey Punch, and Momoko Sakura, as well as holding special exhibitions and events for popular manga such as Evangelion and Bleach, contributing to the dissemination of information about manga culture
