The Oirase River, which flows from Lake Towada's Nenokuchi to Yakiyama (near the Oirase Keiryu Hotel), stretches for approximately 14 km and is known as the "Oirase Gorge." A walking path is maintained along the gorge, allowing visitors to stroll and enjoy the scenic beauty of the river, rocks, and waterfalls
