The resort has a vast site of approximately 9.58 hectares, one of the largest in the Sendai area, and is equipped with four cottages as well as a campsite

The cottages at IZUMI PEAK BASE use over 90 pieces of wood from Miyagi Prefecture for the interior and exterior, and feature large windows, allowing you to feel like you are in nature even while indoors
The four cottages can also be used for workation , providing a comfortable and focused environment for workation.
Each cottage is equipped with toilets, showers, kitchens, refrigerators, air conditioning, and pellet stoves, making it suitable for use all year round

The IZUMI PEAK BASE campsite has a well-equipped camping area that will satisfy everyone from beginners to advanced campers. In addition to beautiful designated sites where sunlight filters through the trees, with privacy taken into consideration, there are also free sites available.
The entire camping area is equipped with three toilets (men's and women's) and three washing sinks, all of which are air-conditioned and equipped with washlets.
Camping items are also available for rent and purchase.

IZUMI PEAK BASE has a hot spring facility that uses natural hot spring water pumped up from a source 1,310 meters underground
There are separate indoor and outdoor baths for men and women, and the water is a calcium and sodium chloride spring with a hypotonic alkaline hot spring water content that is gentle on the skin and soothes tired muscles
In addition, the open-air bath offers a sense of freedom, with a view of the cityscape of Sendai. In the morning, you can watch the sun rise over the Pacific Ocean, and at night, you can enjoy the open-air bath, becoming one with nature
