The Konan Railway Owani Line is a railway line connecting Owani Station in Owani Town, Minamitsugaru District, Aomori Prefecture, to Chuo Hirosaki Station in Hirosaki City, Aomori Prefecture . It was opened on January 26, 1952 (Showa 27) by Hirosaki Electric Railway

The line has a total length (operating distance) of 13.9 km, with 14 stations including the starting and ending stations, and is affectionately known as the " Apple Orchard Railway ."

On November 27, 2024, it was announced that the entire line would be suspended (effectively abolished) at the end of fiscal year 2027, and the line is scheduled to cease operations after March 31, 2028 (end of fiscal year 2027)
