The Konan Railway Owani Line is a railway line that runs from Owani Station in Owani Town, Minamitsugaru District, Aomori Prefecture to Chuo Hirosaki Station in Hirosaki City, Aomori Prefecture, and was opened by the Hirosaki Electric Railway on January 26, 1952 (Showa 27)

The line is 13.9 km long (operating kilometers) and has 14 stations, including the starting and ending stations, and is affectionately known as Apple Orchard Railway

On November 27, 2024, it was announced that the entire line would be suspended (effectively abolished) at the end of fiscal year 2027, with the final operation on March 31, 2028 (the end of fiscal year 2027) being the last day of service for the entire line.
